Finding Refuge in the Father’s Heart. Restoring Hope Through His Love.

In 2013, God placed the same dream on the hearts of both a mother and a daughter. Without knowing what the other had envisioned, we each dreamed of a home— a place where women could find safety, support, and a new beginning. When we shared our dreams, we discovered we had both drawn the same vision and the same floor plan. From that moment, we knew God was leading us toward something greater than ourselves.

Abba’s Refuge & Ministry was born from a deep compassion for women walking through difficult seasons of life — women facing abuse, addiction, hardship, and struggles that can leave them feeling alone or forgotten.

This mission is personal. Through our own experiences, the stories of our mothers and generations before us, and the stories of women around us, we have seen the pain that many women carry. We understand that sometimes finding a way forward requires more than simply telling someone to be strong. Sometimes healing begins when someone chooses to stand beside you, offer support, and remind you that you are not alone.

Over the years, we have continued learning, growing, and preparing for the vision God placed before us. What began as a dream for Abba’s House has grown into something even more fitting — Abba’s Refuge & Ministry: a place where women can find refuge, restoration, and hope through the love of the Father.

Our vision is to one day provide a Christ-centered home where women can receive support while rebuilding their lives, with opportunities for growth, healing, and increasing independence. As the ministry grows, we hope to create spaces that allow women to move forward at their own pace while continuing to while continuing to receive encouragement and community.

We believe every woman has value, purpose, and a story worth restoring. No matter where someone has been or what they have faced, we believe there is always hope for a new beginning.

Abba’s Refuge & Ministry exists to reflect the heart of the Father by offering refuge to the weary, hope to the hurting, and a reminder that no one has to walk alone.
